Blacksteel’s Warranty: Limited 20-year coverage against defects. Please refer all warranty conditions carefully.

Upon delivery, products are covered by a 20-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Blacksteel provides a 10-year limited warranty on insulated glass from the date of delivery, guaranteeing it to be free from failure. Within the initial 2 years, if any glass failure occurs, Blacksteel will cover the full cost of replacement and installation within this period. After this initial period, Blacksteel will still replace the glass without charge, but the client will be responsible for the installation.

Blacksteel warrants its painted products for a period of 5 years, with a focus on addressing sheen weathering and fading issues, which are common occurrences. To ensure the warranty remains valid, homeowners must adhere to Blacksteel’s specified maintenance and refinish recommendations.
